Joining the renowned La Masia academy at just 14, Roberto made his first-team debut in November 2010. Over his career with Barcelona, he made 373 appearances and scored 19 goals, including a crucial winner in the dramatic 6-5 Champions League victory against Paris Saint-Germain in 2017.

The 32-year-old's contract expired at the end of June, marking the end of his tenure at the club.
