Official announcement: The Brazilian national team has called up Gabriel Martinelli and Leo Ortiz to replace Rodrygo and Éder Militão.

According to the Brazilian Football Confederation, Flamengo defender Leo Ortiz and Arsenal forward Gabriel Martinelli were called up to the Brazilian national team on Saturday to participate in the November matches against Venezuela and Uruguay.

They have been brought in to replace Real Madrid forward Rodrygo and defender Éder Militão, both of whom were injured in Saturday's La Liga matches and will be unable to join this month’s national team training.
