AC Milan Seeks Discount on Kyle Walker Transfer from Manchester City

AC Milan is working to secure the permanent transfer of Kyle Walker from Manchester City after a successful loan spell. However, while Manchester City has set the price for Walker’s permanent transfer at €5 million, AC Milan is hoping to lower the cost. The Italian club has reportedly requested a discount, aiming to pay only €3.5 million for the seasoned defender. This request is part of Milan’s strategy to strengthen their squad without overspending, as they continue to rebuild the team under financial constraints.

AC Milan’s current squad, which consists mostly of foreign players, has an average age of 26.3 years. With a focus on youth and experience, the club is being selective in its acquisitions. In addition to Walker, Milan may also see key players like Rafael Leao and Tijjani Reijnders leave, as other clubs are interested in their services, making it a pivotal time for the club to carefully manage their roster and resources.
