PSIM Yogyakarta Signs Nermin Haljeta for Liga 1 Debut
PSIM Yogyakarta has officially announced the signing of Slovenian striker Nermin Haljeta as they gear up for their debut season in Liga 1. The newly promoted club aims to make a strong impression, and the arrival of an experienced goal-scorer is seen as a key move to bolster their attacking options. Haljeta, who previously played for PSM Makassar, brings both local league familiarity and proven quality to PSIM’s frontline.
Haljeta was a standout performer for PSM Makassar in the previous season, scoring 12 goals and providing two assists in 29 Liga 1 matches. He also made a notable impact in the ASEAN Club Championship, adding four more goals to his tally and helping PSM reach the semifinals. In total, he netted 16 goals across all competitions, establishing himself as one of the league’s most effective forwards.
