Al Ahli Pushes Hard for Locatelli with Massive Contract Offer

Al Ahli continues to aggressively pursue Juventus midfielder Manuel Locatelli, reportedly offering a highly lucrative contract to lure him away from the Serie A giants. Despite Juventus showing no intention of selling the Italian international, the Saudi club remains persistent, aiming to secure his services ahead of the 2025-26 season.
Locatelli recently featured as a substitute in Juventus’ final pre-season match against Atalanta, where the Bianconeri secured a 2-1 win thanks to goals from Jonathan David and Dusan Vlahovic. While the midfielder did not start, his role as team captain and status within the squad indicates that he remains a core figure in the club’s plans under their current setup.
Juventus had already turned down an initial offer of €25 million from Al Ahli, holding firm on their position that Locatelli is not for sale. Alongside Kenan Yildiz and Gleison Bremer, he is seen as untouchable in the current transfer window, highlighting his importance to the team’s midfield structure and leadership group.
Despite the rejection, Al Ahli has reportedly raised their offer significantly, proposing a contract worth up to €12 million per year until 2028—over three times Locatelli’s current salary at Juventus. The substantial financial package could test the player's resolve, but as of now, Juventus remains committed to keeping one of their most valued players for the upcoming campaign.
