Persib Unveils Special Asian Competition Jersey Showcasing Bandung’s Spirit on the Continental Stage

Persib Bandung has launched a special jersey for the 2025-26 AFC Champions League Two, reflecting the club’s identity as Indonesia’s representative in Asia. The kit carries the theme “Bandung City, Spirit of Champions: Goes to Asia,” capturing the city’s heritage, culture, and champion mentality as the team prepares to compete on the continental stage.

Designed with symbolic details, the jersey combines modern aesthetics with historical references. A V-shaped collar recalls the 2023-24 season when Persib won the Indonesian League, while graphic patterns on the sleeves and body echo the club’s journey and achievements. Four dynamic stripes on the torso serve as negative space to emphasize motion and energy, and vertical-diagonal elements commemorate Persib’s four domestic titles.

Local identity is further highlighted through the inclusion of Bandung’s flag on the collar and rib sections, reinforcing the club’s deep connection to its city. Persib’s management emphasizes that the jersey embodies more than just apparel, acting as a reminder of the club’s ongoing struggle and the city’s pride, history, and hopes as it ventures into international competition.

The club continues its partnership with Indomie for the second consecutive season, framing it as a strategic collaboration between Indonesia’s leading consumer brand and one of its most storied football teams.
