Official: Carvajal Ruled Out for 2-3 Months Following Knee Surgery

Real Madrid has officially confirmed that defender Dani Carvajal will undergo arthroscopic surgery after medical examinations diagnosed him with a loose body in his right knee joint. The surgery is expected to sideline the Spanish international for up to three months.
The club’s medical department released a statement confirming the diagnosis. According to reports from COPE journalist Arancha Rodríguez, Carvajal is expected to face a recovery period of two to three months.
This significant injury layoff comes immediately after Carvajal featured in the recent El Clásico victory over Barcelona, where he entered the game as a substitute in the 72nd minute. His absence creates an immediate gap in Real Madrid's defense for the remainder of the year and the start of the new year, placing increased pressure on the squad's depth.
