FIFA Announces Nominees for The Best Men's Coach 2025: Enrique and Flick Lead Star-Studded List
FIFA has unveiled the seven nominees for The Best FIFA Men's Coach Award 2025, recognizing the managers who achieved exceptional results between August 2024 and August 2025. The list is dominated by coaches who delivered both domestic dominance and European success.

Luis Enrique (Paris Saint-Germain) and Hansi Flick (Barcelona) stand out as leading contenders. Enrique guided PSG to a historic quadruple, clinching the Champions League alongside the Ligue 1, Coupe de France, and Trophée des Champions. Flick, in his debut season with Barcelona, delivered a clean sweep of Spanish domestic titles: La Liga, the Copa del Rey, and the Spanish Supercup.

The Premier League boasts three nominees:Arne Slot (Liverpool), recognized for leading the Reds to their 20th league title.Mikel Arteta (Arsenal), for his team's strong league finish and a run to the Champions League semi-finals.Enzo Maresca (Chelsea), for securing the UEFA Conference League and the FIFA Club World Cup.

Completing the list are two successful international coaches: Roberto Martínez (Portugal), who led his nation to a second UEFA Nations League title, and Javier Aguirre (Mexico), who secured both the Concacaf Nations League and the Gold Cup.

The winner, who succeeds 2024 winner Carlo Ancelotti, will be determined by a global vote, with the results announced at the awards ceremony early next year.
