21-Year-Old Star Nico Paz Powers Como to Success: 10 Goal Contributions in 13 Games

Como continued their impressive run in Serie A with a 2-0 victory over Sassuolo in the Matchday 13 opener. Following the win, Como has now recorded six wins, six draws, and only one defeat in 13 league games, temporarily placing them sixth in the table and just three points behind the league leaders with a game in hand.
The star of the show was 21-year-old Argentinian attacking midfielder Nico Paz, who contributed an assist and was named Man of the Match. Paz has been phenomenal this season, boasting a total of five goals and five assists in his 13 league appearances, making him the team’s key player.
The highly-rated youngster, currently valued at 55 million Euros, is an academy product of Real Madrid. The Spanish giants sold him to the Serie A club last summer, but crucially, the deal included a buy-back clause.
Under the guidance of Cesc Fàbregas, Paz has become one of the most sought-after young talents in football, leading to intense speculation about a potential return to Madrid. According to earlier reports by Fabrizio Romano, Real Madrid is planning to activate the buy-back clause, believed to be set at 10 million Euros, in the summer 2026 transfer window.
