Contract Stalemate: Rafael Leao's AC Milan Future in Doubt

Rafael Leao's contract extension talks with AC Milan have reached a standstill, creating uncertainty over the Portuguese forward's future at the club. Tensions have been further aggravated by conflicts between Leao and head coach Max Allegri. Reports indicate concerns about the player's off-field behavior and reactions during matches, particularly after being substituted in a game against Torino, which have drawn internal criticism.

In response, AC Milan has opted for a period of reflection, asking for proof of consistency and professionalism from Leao. Without notable improvements before the end of the season, the club may start considering external offers for the forward, signaling a shift in his previously untouchable status.
