Saudi Arabia Announce Final 26-Man World Cup Squad

The Saudi Arabian Football Federation has officially announced its final 26-man squad for the FIFA World Cup, with a combined 13 players selected from Riyadh clubs Al Nassr and Al Hilal. Saudi Arabia have been drawn into a group alongside Uruguay, Spain, and Cape Verde.

Saudi FA Statement
At the request of head coach Donis, players Abdullah Salem, Abdullah Al-Sanbi, and Abdulquddous Atiah will remain with the national team training camp.

This decision is based on tournament regulations, which allow teams to replace an injured player from the final squad up to 24 hours before their first match. The regulations also permit the replacement of an injured goalkeeper at any stage of the tournament.
