Dusan Vlahovic Edges Closer to Juventus Return After Salary U-Turn
Dusan Vlahovic is reportedly moving closer to a return to Juventus after becoming a free agent at the end of his previous contract. The Serbian striker is now reconsidering his future in Turin following renewed discussions with the club.
One of the biggest obstacles in earlier negotiations had been his wage demands, but that situation appears to have changed. Vlahovic is now said to be willing to accept a significant salary reduction in order to make a new agreement with Juventus possible.
Head coach Luciano Spalletti has reportedly played an important role in the latest developments. The Italian manager has remained in contact with the striker and recently held direct talks to assess his motivation and willingness to rejoin the squad.
Although no final agreement has been reached, the ongoing conversations have increased optimism that both sides can find common ground. A return to a familiar environment could offer Vlahovic the chance to rebuild his confidence after a difficult season.
Juventus are continuing to explore other attacking options, including Randal Kolo Muani and Alexander Sørloth, as they reshape their forward line. Even so, Vlahovic remains firmly in the picture if negotiations continue to progress in a positive direction.
