Persis Solo Boost Squad with Rising Leeming Brothers
Persis Solo have strengthened their squad for the 2026/27 Championship season by signing promising brothers Oliver and Theodore Leeming. The two young talents arrive as the club continues building a competitive team with the goal of returning to Liga 1.
Both players previously featured for Persija Jakarta's Under-20 side, where they played an important role in winning the 2025/26 Elite Pro Academy Super League title. They also gained valuable experience during their time with Perth Red Star FC in Australia.
Oliver, who plays as a right-back, joins Persis with excitement after becoming part of one of Indonesia's historic football clubs. He is determined to contribute both defensively and offensively as the team pursues promotion.
His younger brother Theodore, a right winger, also arrives with an impressive reputation after providing three assists in four matches for Indonesia at the 2026 ASEAN U-19 Boys Championship. His creativity and attacking quality are expected to strengthen Persis in the final third.
The Leeming brothers share the same ambition of helping Persis return to Indonesia's top flight and establishing themselves as key players for the club. Their arrival gives the Laskar Sambernyawa additional depth and fresh optimism ahead of the new campaign.
