Andersons fee eclipsed Sandro Tonalis move from Newcastle to Tottenham for £92.5 million.
Arsenal are the safest championship pick, although Manchester City should keep the race close. United look capable of consolidating third, while Liverpools ceiling depends on how quickly Iraola replaces Salahs influence. Villa and Tottenham should compete for the remaining European positions.
