AC Milan Ready to Listen to Offers for Samuele Ricci After Disappointing Debut Season

AC Milan are reportedly open to selling Samuele Ricci this summer after the midfielder struggled to make a lasting impact during his first season at San Siro. The 24-year-old joined the Rossoneri from Torino in a deal worth around €23 million but failed to establish himself as a regular starter.

Ricci featured in 34 matches across all competitions and contributed four assists, yet his performances lacked the consistency needed to secure a key role in the squad. His uneven form has raised doubts about his long-term future, particularly under new head coach Ruben Amorim.

Reports indicate that Ricci's playing style may not fully align with Amorim's tactical approach. As a result, the Italian midfielder has become one of the players whose future could change before the transfer window closes, with Milan prepared to evaluate suitable offers from interested clubs.

Limited playing time has also affected Ricci beyond club football. His reduced role at Milan has reportedly weakened his chances of remaining in Italy's national team plans, giving the midfielder additional reasons to consider a move if opportunities arise elsewhere.

Although no club has submitted a serious bid so far, Atalanta were previously linked with Ricci alongside Ardon Jashari earlier in the summer. Milan's final decision will largely depend on Amorim's assessment, but the club appears willing to negotiate should the right proposal arrive.
