While Getafe are keen on having him back, their budget constraints prevent them from meeting United's £40 million asking price. Other clubs like Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Lazio, and Marseille have shown interest, but it's Valencia who have made a formal offer, albeit at a lower price of €25 million.

United are expected to lower their demands, and Valencia is eager to secure Greenwood before the start of August, pushing ahead of their rivals.  This move marks a new chapter for Greenwood, who will be seeking to revive his career after a tumultuous period at Manchester United.
