Marcus Rashford Handed Six-Month Driving Ban and Fine

Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford has been issued a six-month driving ban for speeding. The 26-year-old was clocked driving his Rolls-Royce at 104mph on the M60 in Manchester back in December. Following a court ruling, Rashford has been fined £1,666, along with £120 in court costs and a £66 surcharge.
Rashford admitted the offence under the Single Justice Procedure. This incident comes just months after he crashed another Rolls-Royce worth £700,000 near the club's Carrington training ground. Fortunately, no ambulance was required at the scene.
Despite owning a collection of luxury cars, including a McLaren 765LT and a £350,000 Lamborghini Urus Performante, Rashford will have to keep them parked until January. The footballer, who earns around £300,000 per week, was also left out of England's Euro 2024 squad after a challenging season where he managed to score only eight goals.
In light of these events, Rashford has expressed his intent to take a mental break, stating on social media that he plans to "rest and reset" following a tough season.
