Al Hilal’s coach: Neymar has a muscle injury and may be out for two weeks

In the AFC Champions League match against Esteghlal Tehran, Neymar was substituted in but later left due to injury. After the game, Al Hilal’s coach Jorge Jesus stated that Neymar might be sidelined for two weeks.
In this match against Esteghlal Tehran, Neymar came on as a substitute in the 58th minute but was subbed out due to injury in the 87th minute. Previously, he had been out for a full year due to a cruciate ligament tear in his knee and only returned on October 21. However, according to TNT Sports Brazil, Neymar appeared to be walking normally when leaving the field.

Al Hilal’s coach Jorge Jesus said in the post-match press conference: “Neymar’s comeback has not been easy, as his position often involves physical challenges. I believe his injury is a muscle issue rather than a knee problem, and he may be out for about two weeks.”
