Persija to Host Final Two Home Matches at Jakarta International Stadium

Persija Jakarta has announced that their final two home matches of the 2024-25 Liga 1 season, against Bali United and Malut United, will be played at Jakarta International Stadium (JIS). The club has five remaining matches, with three at home and two away. Before hosting Bali and Malut, Persija will first face Semen Padang at Pakansari Stadium in Bogor on April 27, 2025, as they prepare JIS for the crucial matches.
The decision to move the Semen Padang match to Pakansari was made after careful consideration of technical and logistical aspects, including stadium safety, player comfort, and pitch quality. Despite initially facing the possibility of not using JIS due to a scheduled concert, Persija was able to negotiate with the concert promoters, securing the stadium for their final home games. The club expressed their gratitude to the concert organizers for agreeing to move their event.
With the last two matches set to be played at JIS, Persija is eager to finish the season at their home ground. The club hopes that these fixtures will provide a fitting end to their campaign, with supporters cheering them on at one of the most iconic venues in Indonesian football.
