Milan Giants Eye €650 Million Annual Revenue Boost from New San Siro Project
AC Milan and Inter Milan are set to embark on a massive financial leap with their joint new San Siro stadium project, projected to generate up to €650 million in annual revenue. Following approval from the city council to acquire the San Siro area, both clubs are now finalizing financing agreements to move the plan forward. Negotiations are ongoing with several Italian and international banks to secure favorable loans that will fund the development.

The two clubs expect the stadium acquisition to be completed soon, paving the way for an additional €150 million in yearly income. This increase will come largely from modern stadium features such as premium seating, exclusive hospitality services, and lucrative sponsorship deals. The clubs aim to create a world-class venue that enhances matchday experiences while maximizing commercial opportunities.

A major driver of revenue growth will come from naming rights, which have already attracted interest from major brands. Reports suggest the rights could be sold even before construction begins, highlighting the immense commercial potential of the project. The clubs view this as a strategic move to ensure a steady cash flow during the early stages of development.

Once operational, the new stadium—expected to hold over 70,000 spectators—will significantly elevate the financial standing of both Milanese giants. Compared to their 2024–25 earnings of €496 million for AC Milan and €567 million for Inter, the projected figures mark a major milestone in Italian football. The project promises to modernize their infrastructure, strengthen their global appeal, and secure long-term financial stability.
