Garudayaksa FC Strengthen Squad with Two Indonesia Internationals
Garudayaksa FC have continued to reinforce their squad ahead of the 2026/27 Super League season by signing two Indonesian national team players. The newly promoted club officially unveiled versatile defender Alfharezzi Buffon and promising goalkeeper Daffa Fasya as their latest additions.
Both players joined Garudayaksa FC on free transfers after their contracts with Borneo FC Samarinda expired. The club took advantage of the opportunity to secure two young talents without paying transfer fees as it prepares for its first season in the top flight.
Alfharezzi Buffon brings flexibility to the squad thanks to his ability to play in several defensive roles, including center-back, right-back, and defensive midfield. Meanwhile, Daffa Fasya is expected to compete for the first-choice goalkeeper position with his strong potential despite his young age.
The move marks only the second professional club for both players, highlighting Garudayaksa FC's commitment to investing in emerging Indonesian talent. At just 20 and 22 years old respectively, Buffon and Daffa are seen as valuable long-term assets for the club.
Garudayaksa FC have been one of the busiest promoted teams in the transfer market, with Buffon and Daffa becoming their third and fourth signings after Wahyu Prasetyo and Septian David Maulana. Following their Pegadaian Championship triumph last season, the club is determined to build a competitive squad for the challenges of the 2026/27 Super League campaign.
