Nkunku Gives Green Light to Leipzig Return as Milan Set €35 Million Price

Christopher Nkunku is reportedly open to returning to RB Leipzig, giving the German club a major boost in its efforts to bring the French forward back to where he previously made a name for himself. AC Milan are prepared to part ways with the attacker for a fee in the region of €35 million, with a loan deal that includes either an option or an obligation to buy also being considered.

Nkunku's future at Milan has become increasingly uncertain following the arrival of new head coach Ruben Amorim. The Frenchman is believed to be outside the manager's preferred plans, making an exit before the summer transfer window closes a realistic possibility. Leipzig have emerged as the leading candidate for his signature, while Premier League side Newcastle United have also been linked with a potential move.

The player's willingness to return to Leipzig could prove decisive in the negotiations.
