Inter Milan Tie Down Pio Esposito With Long-Term Contract Until 2032

Inter Milan have secured the long-term future of one of their most promising young players, Francesco Pio Esposito, by extending his contract until June 2032. The new agreement highlights the club's confidence in the 21-year-old forward and his growing importance to the Nerazzurri's plans for the years ahead.

The new deal also takes advantage of recently introduced changes to Italian contract regulations, which now allow players to sign agreements lasting up to six years. Esposito has been part of Inter's academy since 2014 and has gradually worked his way towards becoming an important member of the senior squad.

After spending two seasons on loan with Spezia in Serie B, Esposito returned to San Siro in 2025. His development accelerated under Cristian Chivu, who had already worked with him during his youth career. The young forward has since established himself as an important attacking option alongside captain Lautaro Martinez.

Esposito has already made a strong impression at senior level, registering 12 goals and eight assists in 53 competitive appearances for Inter. His progress has also been reflected internationally, with the striker scoring five goals in nine appearances for Italy since making his senior debut in September 2025.

The new contract reportedly includes a significant salary increase, with Esposito set to earn €2.7 million per season compared with his previous €1.85 million. The improved terms underline how highly Inter rate the forward and suggest that the club sees him as an important part of its attacking future.
