Nzola will not join Fiorentina for the preseason

According to Italian media outlet Tuttomercatoweb, if Retegui leaves this summer, Genoa may attempt to bring in Fiorentina striker Nzola as a replacement. The Angolan international will not travel with the team to England for the preseason.

Fiorentina hopes to reshape their attacking line this summer, and Nzola, who has not met expectations, may leave after just one year. It is reported that coach Palladino will not allow Nzola to join the team for the preseason in England at the end of this month, as the player has already flown to France for personal reasons.

For Genoa, due to interest from clubs such as Roma, Juventus, and Bologna, Retegui might choose to leave this summer. Therefore, bringing in a replacement is highly likely, and they have set their sights on the struggling Nzola from Fiorentina.
