Bali United Bids Farewell to Thai Defender Elias Dolah
Bali United has officially parted ways with Thai international defender Elias Dolah following the conclusion of the 2024-25 Liga 1 season. His departure follows those of fellow foreign players Adilson Maringa and Mitsuru Maruoka, marking a shift in the club's roster strategy. Dolah had joined the club in 2023 after previously playing for Port FC in Thailand.
During his two-season stint with the Serdadu Tridatu, Dolah made a notable impact. In his first season, he played 30 matches and scored two goals, while in the recent campaign, he appeared in 29 games and contributed one assist. His performances were not limited to domestic league matches, as he also featured in the Piala Presiden, AFC qualification rounds, AFC Cup, and the Championship Series, adding two more goals to his tally.
In total, Dolah made 71 appearances for Bali United across all competitions, proving to be a reliable and physically dominant presence in defense. Standing nearly two meters tall, he consistently demonstrated his strength and composure at the back, becoming a key figure in the club’s backline over the past two seasons.
Despite his departure, Dolah expressed deep appreciation for the club, highlighting the professionalism, quality of facilities, and strong fan support he experienced during his time in Indonesia. He wished the club continued success in the future, signaling an amicable end to a productive chapter in his football career.
