The Czech coach, who holds a UEFA Pro A license, was introduced to the media and supporters at the club’s official store. Trucha expressed that his decision to join the club was driven by the ambitious project and vision presented by PSM Makassar.
The main challenge for Trucha will be to improve the team’s standing in the league following a series of underwhelming results. He emphasized that his focus will be on developing the project and achieving progress, aiming to elevate the club to a stronger position in the competition. His approach is centered on long-term planning and creating sustainable success.
In addition to enhancing the team’s performance, Trucha showed strong interest in nurturing young talents. He highlighted his experience working with young players in Europe and intends to bring similar development strategies to PSM Makassar. This aligns with the club’s goal of promoting youth players while maintaining competitive results.
Before his official introduction, Trucha observed the team’s training sessions and reviewed the club’s facilities, including the gym and physiotherapy rooms. He also took the opportunity to personally meet players, coaching staff, and club officials. His debut as head coach will take place in the 11th week of the Super League against Madura United at Stadion Gelora B.J. Habibie in Parepare.
